Great game today, fantastic defence and superb quality of attack ……….. penalty count was far far too high ( I appreciate not always our fault and I was sometimes perplexed by the one way decisions ??) . That said the Ref was very good and didn’t miss ANYTHING we did wrong , missed quiet a lot they did but hey ho !!

6 try’s to 5, kicking pushed our lead on and gave us a score line that reflected our ability even if it did flatter the opposition a little.

Can’t fault our performance today lads !! Well done.

Too many fantastic performers to single out any one. With 6 tries v 5 I think James deserves a special mention allowing our Scoreline to grow exponentially (🤔 bit of English revision for you there😉)

SEMI FINAL see us most likely AWAY to Winchester 2’s or New Milton – probably on 3rd March.

Training Tuesday – a little bit of lineout work then onto some touch rugby , try and make it if you can. Fitness always helps .

NEXT Sunday is a friendly vs Eastleigh AWAY (down A27 just past Portsmouth but before Southampton). 11am meet for a 12pm ko. More details to follow ….. may need an extra driver or 2. Those lads who didn’t get much game time today can have plenty next week.
