Firstly I’d like to again apologise to those lads who travelled and didn’t get played. It was a very very close league match (much closer than the score tells it to be). Next friendly we play a full match is yours .

Quality display of vision (Elvis cross field kicks, superbly timed and placed). Determination (coming back from 19-10 at HT), passion (as a team), persistence and composure (it could’ve run away from us at HT but we did what was necessary and turned the game and ourselves round !)

We put into practice everything we’ve experimented with and wasn’t afraid to believe in yourselves to make it happen !

Next weeks league match is TBC as roadworks on the M27 mean a long detour, looking to rearrange for Oct 21st but awaiting confirmation

Quick note to parents – we transported 12 players of 23 today WITHOUT parents. It’s not a problem at all but PLEASE ENSURE I HAVE YOUR CURRENT TELEPHONE NUMBER. If your son is hospitalised our requires immediate medical attention I MUST be able to contact you . It HAS and DOES happen. Please be aware and available to make “that” trip if an unfortunate event occurs .
