Training tonight 6-7pm at Bognor RFC

Match on Sunday at HOME v Tottonians. 11:45 meet for 12pm warm up and 12:30pm ko , 70 mins followed by post match food.

White shirt, club tie, black jeans/trousers please – may be an idea to arrive in kit as the changing rooms will be very busy on arrival due to other home matches (will be clear after)
