Just received this from Worthing …….

“Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control we need to cancel this Sunday’s junior 7s as it falls outside of the new junior playing calendar and although our CB (County) has said yes the rfu won’t authorise it which puts us in an awkward position should we go ahead I’m sure you understand. We have challenged this decision without a positive response.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will look to run this event earlier next year.”

Therefore last night was our last of the season…… thoroughly enjoyed it and I think the lads who attended did too ??

We’ll take a break from Rugby now for a couple of months and return for pre-season in August .

Please please please stay active. Don’t sit on your PS4’s or Xbox’s – get out, enjoy the summer and reek havoc somewhere while keeping fit ! Behave yourselves and hope to see you ALL return in August !? Bring some friends – the more the merrier !

In the meantime see you all Saturday night for the Awards . 6:30pm start . Jane, MJ and the Lush’s will be there from 3-4pm cooking for us all and I’ll be there from 4pm setting up if anyone wants to pop down to help ?? It would be nice . 75 booked – looking forward to a PARTY !!!! 🍾🥂🥤
