This Sunday we are “HOME” to touring team Old Elthamians at ARENA 12pm SHARP for a 12:15-12:30 ko. Please arrive in kit, ready to play.

ALL PLAYERS WELCOME (can you let me know if NOT available please)

We can forego the Shirt and Ties etc as afterwards we will be going back to the club to shower and change before food.

Minis have a touring team at the club hence the need to play at Arena, this also means the club grounds will be busy but there’s load going on with bouncy castles and assault courses etc for EVERYONE TO ENJOY.

Please feel free to come along. A Parents and Coaches match is kicking off at 2 pm. Come and Support / laugh !

Awards evening 12th May 7pm at Bognor RFC

The favoured option was for a Clubhouse Party on Saturday May 12th at 7pm, dinner with awards then disco to follow.
( I may still arrange a road trip to Thorpe Park or similar in the Summer ??)

The cost is ONLY £3 each, the club will seat 85 comfortably (seems a lot BUT if each player attends with a guest or 2 we’ll soon fill it !)

ALL players are expected to attend the WHOLE evening. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we get together to make this a great night for all the lads.

We’ll need HELP setting up, clearing up, collecting ticket money (I could set up ticketing online if easier on something like Eventbrite ?? I used it for the New Year Party and it worked really well, EXCEPT it costs 85p in charges per ticket !) and most importantly – HELP in the kitchen.

So far Jane Chapman has offered to sell tickets, (thank you Jane xx) HOWEVER I feel Jane is busy enough in the club with WEEKLY kitchen and bar duty as well as her CLUB safeguarding role. Please can someone else offer otherwise ticket sales will go online and it’ll cost us all 85p extra !
