Hi All,

1) This Sunday we are AWAY to Ellingham and Ringwood,

Morgan has kindly arranged a Minibus. (Its 57 miles down the M27, about an hour away). I’m aware its Mother’s day (Jo reminded me) so only really want to take those I know we’ll play and that is utilising a minimum amount of vehicles.
Its a 9am sharp departure from Bognor RFC for a 10am meet with an 11am ko. We would hope to be home by 1.30-2pm, in time for Mum’s to be taken out for dinner and showered with presents and flowers !

PLEASE CAN YOU LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE and/or IF YOU ARE MAKING YOUR OWN WAY DIRECTLY.

2) I have booked England v Barbarians match for Sunday May 27th
Cost is £30 for adult (16+) and £25 for u16. This includes return Coach fare . We are limited to 53 spaces and space is running out fast !

Please can you let me know ASAP if you’d like to come. Happy for the lads to travel alone under my profession supervision !

I need to collect ticket money in very soon. Feel free to PayPal me or bank transfer – just let me know you have or cash at training is fine.

3) Believe it or not it’s almost awards time !!
I will need Player’s Player votes in by 8pm SUNDAY 25th March please.

The favoured option was for a Clubhouse Party on Saturday May 12th at 7pm, dinner with awards then disco to follow.
( I may still arrange a road trip to Thorpe Park or similar in the Summer ??)

The cost is ONLY £3 each, the club will seat 85 comfortably (seems a lot BUT if each player attends with a guest or 2 we’ll soon fill it !)
TICKETS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR DISCO AFTER THE DINNER AND AWARDS. ALL players are expected to attend the WHOLE evening.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we get together to make this a great night for all the lads.

We’ll need help setting up, clearing up, collecting ticket money (I could set up ticketing online if easier on something like Eventbrite ?? I used it for the New Year Party and it worked really well, EXCEPT it costs 85p in charges per ticket !) and most importantly – HELP in the kitchen.
