Hi all,

As may know, a core group of volunteers involved in BRFC junior rugby, got together before xmas to form a junior committee.
We would now like to extend invitations for all coaches, parents, carers, youth players to come along on Thursday evening at 6.30 to find out more about the role of the committee and to let us know how we can make the juniors better.
Please feel free to pass this invite to any parents/ carers friends and family that you think might be up for getting involved. Even if they can only spare an hour a month we could really use the help somewhere!
If you have any issues that you would like to bring to this committee please let me know and i will add it to the agenda.
We will start at 6.30 and hope to be done by 8pm at the latest.

The master plan is to have a more cohesive working relationship between minis and youths so that we start to work together for the greater good (not only for our team!) which will then feed a good relationship with our senior club.

We need to focus on showing our players that rugby is more than 2 hrs on a sunday! Our club has a great reputation for having a welcoming social atmosphere and we really need to do our bit to show the next generation what it means to be part of the rugby family.
